Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Re-Fill.

We recommend a Re-Fill every 2–3 weeks for shorter nails and 3–4 weeks for longer nails, depending on growth and lifestyle. Regular refills prevent lifting, keep strength intact, and maintain a flawless appearance.

When done by a trained technician using proper prep, adhesive, and gentle filing techniques, a Re-Fill will not damage natural nails. Correct application and careful maintenance protect the nail bed and reduce trauma.

Minor adjustments like trimming, reshaping, or balancing are possible during a Re-Fill. Significant length or dramatic shape changes usually require removal and a fresh set to ensure proper structure and even results.

A standard Re-Fill takes about 45–75 minutes depending on the number of nails, complexity, and any polish or design additions. Time includes gap filling, blending, shaping, gentle buffing, and finish with topcoat.

Re-Fills can fix minor lifting and light damage by restoring adhesion and appearance. For severe lifting, infections, or significant cracking, we recommend safe removal and repair before reapplying enhancements to protect your natural nails.

Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged soaking for 24–48 hours, wear gloves for chores, moisturize cuticles daily, and use nail oil. Return for routine Re-Fills every 2–4 weeks to maintain strength and flawless appearance.
